As much as I love reading zines, it is not financially feasible to accept trades. Plus, I've had some bad trade experiences so now its easier just to have this blanket rule. You are welcome to send me your zine if you like, but keep in mind that I won't be sending you mine in return. Sorry, NO TRADES.
2. I have a store (or distro). What are your wholesale prices?
Unfortunately, I do not have wholesale prices. I try to keep my prices reasonable, and mass quantity discounts actually work against me. I would go crazy trying to make everything to fill big orders and then not make any profit or even lose money. Sorry, but it ends up becoming a hardship for me. This is a hobby, not a job.
3. Do you ship internationally?
If you live outside of the U.S., you must email me first with a list of the items you want to purchase. I will then respond within a day or two with the cost of shipping those items overseas. Once you see the amount, you can decide if you want to go ahead and make the purchase by making the payment through paypal. I am happy to walk you through the steps of payment if you need any assistance with that. So yes, I will ship internationally, but we need to make arrangements beforehand.
4. What are your shipping prices?
Upon checkout, you will be charged the following amount for shipping:

The handling charge is 35 cents, which is due to annoying Paypal charges.
Please note that these shipping rates are for U.S. and Canadian orders only! Foreign orders, email me with what you want instead of using the online shopping cart!
5. Can I purchase your items somewhere else -- like in a store or from a zine distro?
The best way to get All This is Mine stuff is by ordering from me directly. After some bad experiences I've mostly stopped working with stores, but I'm trying some new things in small steps. Currently you may find a few of my items at My My Distro.
6. How long will it be until my order arrives?
I do my best to get stuff out in a timely fashion and make products when they sell out. Remember, this is not a corporate business. I am only one person, and besides running this modest little operation, I have a day job on top of that. Sometimes I can't get to the post office, or I had a bad day and I just need a break to feel human. This means that there are the rare times that it will take a little longer to fill your order. If you're wondering about your order at all, please send me a polite email (address is at the bottom of this page) to find out what's up. All that said, I generally mail stuff out within a few days of receiving your order. If you have special concerns or need something by a certain date, please email me and I'll do my very best.
7. What is the 35 cent handling fee for?
All online orders are changed a 35 cent handling fee when you check out, in addition to the shipping costs. For every online transaction, paypal charges me 2.9%+$0.30 of the order. This 35 cent handling fee is meant to defray part of the cost. If you do the math, you can see that 35 cents covers only part of that fee, and I pay the rest out of my own pocket.
8. Do you make everything yourself?
Items are made by me unless stated otherwise.
9. Why are so many things on your site sold out?
To be honest, updating the website is my least favorite part of this whole thing. And when I have time to work on this project, I'd rather be making stuff instead of fixing the site. So it's true that I don't clean it up as well as I should, and you may find a number of sold out items. The other part of this is that pretty much everything here is a limited edition -- some more limited than others. If you see something you like, snatch it up because it might not be made again.
10. When will sold out items be back in stock?
I have no idea! I know this is not a satisfying answer, but I really don't know. I make things as I feel like it, and who knows when I'll feel like it. Maybe next week, maybe in 5 years, maybe never. If you see something you like, snatch it up! There's no telling when/if I'll make it again.
11. Why should I join your email announcement list?
Because nothing is run on a schedule and there aren't regular site updates, the announcement list is the best way to stay on top of what's going on at All This is Mine. It is a low-volume list, so I won't be bugging you very often. The list is run through yahoogroups. In the past, list subscribers have received discounts, free gifts with purchase, and have won cool things like zines, DVDs, and exclusive ATIM items. Also, I will never ever share your information with anyone else (including your email address, shipping address, and items you've bought). Wanna join the email list?
12. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No returns are accepted, so please read the item description carefully. You are always welcome to contact me with any questions before making a purchase. But if you are extremely unhappy or feel that the item description was incomplete or in error, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and we can try to work something out.
12. Will you fill large orders to Nigeria?
Due to Nigeria's high levels of fraud which target small businesses, I will not accept orders from Nigeria. I reserve the right to refuse any orders for any reason. If I refuse your order, your money will be promptly refunded.
